Electronic Evaluations and Certificates – These are instructions on how to prepare and receive electronic certificates for your course participants.

ILRL Slide for Student Email Consent – Please insert this file into your slide deck. It is important to inform your course participants about the steps necessary to obtain an ICISF certificate of completion.

ILRL Course Participant Roster – Please fill out this roster with the contact information only of students who participated in all contact hours, then email it to aievaluations@staging.icisf.org within a maximum of 2 days after your course has ended. It is important to check for spelling mistakes – the information from this roster is used to send the course evaluation invitation to your course participants, and the first and last name will appear on the electronic certificate. Please do not change the format of this roster, it is required to import the information to our server.

ICISF Course Registration Form – Please allow up to five (5) business days processing time before you receive your course confirmation. The course confirmation will include the course registration number you need for ordering manuals in our Online Bookstore. Please do not attempt to place an order in our Online Bookstore without the course registration number.

ICISF Material Order Form – Please note that this material order form is only for course titles NOT included in the Online Bookstore. Click here for a list of titles available in the Online Bookstore. Please do not use this form to order certificates if you are ordering student manuals in our Online Bookstore. Instead, use the ICISF Certificate Order Form.

ICISF Website Listing Form – Listing your upcoming course on our website is optional.

ICISF Course Rescheduled or Cancelled Form – Please note that you need to send this form to ICISF before your originally scheduled course dates. Failure to notify ICISF prior to the originally scheduled course dates will result in forfeiture of the course registration fees and immediate cancellation of the course.  As such, the opportunity to reschedule will be lost. If you do not know the rescheduled dates yet, please check the TBD (to be determined) box. eBook Instructions for Course Participants – After you have placed your eBook bulk order, this file can be forwarded directly to your sponsoring agency or course participants along with the authorization codes you received.

eBook Order Quick Fix – Quick and easy fixes to some of the most common issues that you or your participants may run into when ordering eBooks.

FedEx Ground Transit Map – This map helps you to pick the right shipping time during your online order process. Please remember to take up to 5 business days for processing into account before your order is actually shipped. We strongly recommend to order your student manuals at least 2 weeks before your course is scheduled to ensure they arrive in time for your course; for international orders we even recommend 3-4 weeks. Please note that choosing expedited shipping has no influence on processing time. Orders will always ship after up to 4 business days processing.

How to Place an eBook Bulk Order – This is a PDF file containing a detailed step-by-step guide on how to place an eBook bulk order for all your course participants. Here is a short summary: For an eBook bulk order just add the total quantity of copies needed to your cart. Your purchase will automatically include all available eBook formats, so your students will be able to pick the format best suited for their device. After your purchase, you will receive an email with individual authorization codes and detailed instructions. Please forward one code to each of your students. Your students will then be able to purchase and download their eBook at their own convenience and with no further cost.

eBook bulk order for GRIN courses: Please note that you will receive separate authorization codes for Assisting Individuals in Crisis student manuals and Group Crisis Intervention student manuals. Please let your students know that these two authorization codes unfortunately cannot be combined in one order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
